311 email request The 4.5 acre lot at 2400 West Dallas St. has not been maintained for months. It, and the sidewalk on Dallas St., are completely overgrown. A photo of the current state of the lot is attached. This presents a danger. The weeds are now so high that it harbors wild animals and insects. The condition of the sidewalk is also forcing pedestrians to use the street itself.
