Per Comments from Government Relations- Unfortunately having a site visit is probably pointless. They have come out 3 or 4 times already, with the answer you have given, that the water is safe. The issue isn't the safety. It's that the water smells and tastes like fish.They won't even acknowledge it, they just keep saying it must be my apartment. It's concerning they keep lying to me about it, knowing there is an issue. Why is the city of houston lying about a public works issue? They say they d
odor// caller want the issue investigated again, he states that he has spoken to other neighbors in his area and they are also having the same problem. He was advised to contact his landlord, however he wants to the City to re-check, and wants the line flushed. Please m/c/c.

The only elevator at Marquis Tanglewood apts broke today Sun Nov 8 2020 and locked at a food delivery guy inside. He was able to get out of the elevator by himself. I called 911. My name is Heather Reevey I live at Marquis Tanglewood apts on 2400 fountain view drive apt 430 Houston tx 77057. Our apartment 430 at the Marquis Tanglewood apts has loose outlets, a stove with burners that don't work, and a broken smoke detector maintenance never fixed. If you can please inspect our apartment.
