METER IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD BY THE DITCH. CALLER HAD 3 PLUMBERS COME OUT AND PLUMBER FOUND NO LEAK ON PROPERTY, DIAL ON METER IS NOT MOVING, PRESSURE GOOD AND FLOW IS GOOD. METER MIGHT NEED REPLACING. CALLER ALSO STATED THAT THE IT IS WET AROUND THE METER AND INSIDE THE DITCH, PLUMBER THINKS PROBLEM ON COH SIDE. SEEMS LIKE DITCH AND THE STREET IS SHIFTING. PLEASE MAKE CC, OWNER WANTS TO HAVE SOMEONE THERE WHEN COH ARRIVES.
