Citizen plumber states this is their 3rd report there is no private leak// they havent had an increase in there water bill// nor is the meter spinning which indicates it is a leak on the city side he would like to be contacted prior to arrival he states he has video showing exactly where the leak is coming from please mcc with Mr.James @ 8328407668
