Good, however the complex is dated home. At times having problem with old appliances. Also, lot of issues with pest control, the apartment is full of cocroaches big and small. Good parking space. We have enjoyed the community.

Very Satisfied Office staff and maintenance crew is very prompt. With your needs.?? and any problems you will encounter. I'm very pleased for the 6 years of my leaving in this complex. Kudos to Erika and the Team!

Apartments are ok, carpeting throughout, appliances are outdated, need upgrade from carpeting to hardwood flooring & with rent going up, starting to be over priced for what is being offered. Decent?..

I love the apartment I rent, management gives vague answers. No one in the management office answers the phone. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. I hope to renew my lease. It will be based on if I take a 5~15% rent increase. You get nickel and dimed for everything. They just resurfaced the swimming pool. That I feel was not necessary. We have a gate problem where some people deliberately go out the wrong gate. Management is not taking care of this.

I love it...clean, friendly and always consistent.. the management team is AWESOME and professional. I am able to voice my concerns and the management team responds immediately and professionally. I am happy and ready to get my carpet shampooed.

I feel happy and calm because the apartments are adjusted to our comfort, the areas are very clean, the gym and the pool are always clean. I always receive prompt attention from the office and maintenance.

Get inconsistent response to maintenance requests. Repairs often do not last. Head of maintenance alks down to residences. Many of the apartment appliances are too old and not energy efficient. I also believe the staff needs to check the apartments to see who is living here. There are illegal activities that happen at all hours of the day and night (improper car tags, someone smoking marijuana, people living in apartments that are possibly not on the lease.

It would be a nicer community if there were upgrades. The outside of the buildings need to be painted. The apartment interiors need to be updated to include tile floors. The apartment complex should hire more maintenance so that preventative maintenance is being done on a regular basis. There is no preventative maintenance at this time at this complex. They also need to hire a company to pick-up trash at each apartment so that trash is under control. The pros at this complex would be the spacious apartments and the walk-in closets. I like having two locked exterior doors.

It's been pleasant. I haven't had any issues. Everyone that works in the front office is very nice. Maintenance is prompt when you need them. Only thing I think these apartments need to be upgraded. N

If you are interested in the place, MAKE SURE you ASK QUESTIONS UP FRONT! Otherwise, they will scam you out of your money! They don’t communicate all the fees UP FRONT. On move in day, they’ll charge you a whole list of extra fees! They wait until you “request” the welcome letter (even though it’s their responsibility to inform on what they’re asking you to pay for). If you attempt to move your date, charge you HUNDREDS of dollars!! The place is beautiful!!! But, PLEASE ask every question you can at the beginning, because they will leave you in the dark and take your money!!! I’m out $300 now!
