We received a call from a constituent regarding a water leak. The constituent hired a plumber and the plumber determined the leak was caused by the meter. The meter in partially covered by a sidewalk that HPW built this year on his street. The constituent believes this may have caused the damage.
The sewer has not been working properly. It keeps backing up. Can the city line be checked? Two properties are having the same issue.
