I've lived here for 5 years while a student at U/T Medical Sch. I'ts amazing to me that some of you were happy with the previous owners who took our money and didn't keep the property up. The buildings were actually falling down from foundation issues that were never addressed by Archstone. The new owners quickly fixed those problems and many others. Wow what a difference. I now can say that I live in a beautiful community. It was worth the construction disruption. Really love it now.<br>John (the manager) has really come into his own now that he is working for owners that will spend the $$$ to fix up the place.<br><br>I wouldn't have ever thought of buying b/4, but now I've just picked out one by the pool and hope I can buy it.

I'm not sure what property some of these people are talking about. I have been inconvenienced with parking and noise during the day but it's been worth it. I would much rather put up with a little inconvenience for a short while, rather than have a management company that let's the property rot away. I have seen several similar-aged properties in the area that I would be embarrassed to live at. I have always had any concerns responded to quickly by the maintenance and management people. The manager even stopped me on the way to the dumpster one day to offer to carry my garbage the rest of the way since he saw I was in a hurry. I can deal with the improvements as long as I know I'm taken care of.

Prepared to be treated like you don't exist by the management. The lady in the leasing office will pay no attention to you and if she does it is becuase you are not a resident yet. Construction workers are everywhere including their port-a-potty which is conveniently located right next to my parking spot! I really miss when Archstone managed this place! Stay away, very far away!

Despite all the changes, When I have a service order they are quick to take care of the problem. The staff seems excited to help me and they are very helpful. My neighbors feel the same way. I have had several complaints about the construction and they have compensated me and given me great options. I have lived here for 3 years and I still am very pleased.

New ownership and conversion to condos has turned a once nice residential community into construction makeover hell. Dozens of workers arrive everyday, blocking parking. Construction materials seem to fill all the visitor parking spots. New mgmt doesn't seem to give a damn about current residents. Trash spills out of dumpsters. Owners out to make a quick buck...stay away.
