property owner neglecting the lot. this is an on going issue that has not been properly address. Everytime it rains most of the debrie gets washed away into the storm drains and the street polluting the area. reports have been made prior but nothing major has been done. Please address in a proper and more aggressive matter too what the neglect to this property is causing for the community.

2214 & 2216 N Macgregor- property was demolished without permits. They have 2 large piles of dirt and a pile of brick out in the property that needs to be removed.
The demolition work at this site continues unabated and now there is damage at my mother's house next door. I have confirmed with Brian Alcott that no demolition permit exists.
