Lakeside Green Condos at 2211 S Kirkwood Rd has a unit, number 74, who is refusing to remove his gas grill. This is an older property built in 1982 and has no sprinklers.

ThereÆs a dumpster at 2211 S Kirkwood Rd that is always over flowing. The dumpster and itÆs debris is visible from Waldemar Rd, and there are numerous cats, opossums, rats, and other rodents all around Waldemar Park because of the dumpster thatÆs next to it with mostly broken fencing around it.
