To whom it may concern,I live in a condo at 2210 Dorrington St. Houston 77030. The elevator in our building has been out of order for more than 4 months. I have a disability and must use the stairs. Residents have not been given any updates or information regarding the elevator repairs. There is also a fire house directly outside my unitÆs door that is enclosed in a glass door. It has not been inspected in years according to the tag that is attached to it.I have notified the property management

ELEVATOR// HAS NOT WORKRD IN 4 MONTHS. THE CALLER LIVES ON THE 4TH FLOOR. ITS HARD FOR HIM TO WALK. THE CASE WAS CLOSE AND NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING.

ELEVATOR PERMIT IS EXPIRED AND ITS KEEPS BREAKING AND LEAKING HYDRAULIC OIL AND SMELL IS BAD.ITS A DEATH TRAP

Landlord withholding properly requested repairs for moldy sheetrock and building code violations until a lease extension is signed. One of which is a currently open building code violation that they are ignoring even though a follow up from a month ago has been posted. Also, there was no mold remediation or certification after a pipe burst that affected several apartments that is well over the 25 sq. ft requiring professional remediation. They even refused removing sheetrock blooming with black

A structural building code violation is already in existence, and my roommate and I have serious concerns about black mold growth, as the sheetrock that WAS replaced was never remediated properly (the water main burst in Jan 2018 severely affected six units, to the point that tenants broke their leases and moved).

CALLER STATED THAT THE STRUCTURE OF APARTMENT BUILDING FELL ONTO HER DOG AND KILL IT. THIS WAS PART OF A LAYER(CONCRETE) OF BUILDING, HELD UP FROM AN AWNING AND WOOD WAS ROTTEN FROM THE 5TH FLOOR. MOLD UNDER KITCHEN CABINET AND LEAKING UNDER THE CABINET. NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN THAT THE BUILDING WAS IN BAD CONDITION.
