According to P. Buentello - This issue has not been resolved. Yes, there is water inside the water meter vault, but the water leak is coming from PWE City water main that travels either next or underneath the meter vault.We have tested the water meter dial itÆs is not registering a leak from private side.
Plumbing Superintendent Phillip Buentello of Houston Parks Dept. reports that there is a water main leak at Wilson Memorial Park. Met with PWE Meter at site and it was determined the leak wasn't at meter; reading today shows major use, indicating a main leak.
