apartment pull out to meter and wires and also working without a proper permit to work
Ceiling was leaking, above apt., had restroom leak, they replaced the toilet but didnÆt secure it and now the toilet is about to come through the ceiling.
tenant states he have spoke with maintenance and management of multi family units concerning drainage issue for bathtub but issue have not been addressed for past two days. water is leaking into downstairs unit
Caller stated he has pictures of the mold since the Hurricane. This is the second time this is reported and he will go to the media if city cannot do anything about it today... Mold all over the apartment...refer to sr 3572104...ongoing issue
