Developer bought lot next door, filled in ditch without a permit. IÆve called the city twice and nothing has happened. It was red tagged but some one took down the tag. This week developer brought in 4 dump truck loads of dirt to level the lot - also without a permit. IÆm very concerned about flooding so if this guy is adding dirt and all that, I want to at least know that itÆs in compliance with city code.
