My experiences here at Trails and before at Landmark has been the best ever, that's why I keep renewing my lease and will be until I get Married. The location of the Property is very convenient and accessible.

When I first moved in the Apartment Complex about 2014 it was a very nice community to live in. Since then things have change a lot front office staff as change quite a bit and the environment has gone down. Maintenance does not make repairs as they should. There are a lot of break in and theft to people cars and then has been done about it.

Please DO NOT move here the manager -------- -------- is very unprofessional and racist! She does not help her tenants and she has a very bad attitude and she is very rude!! The apartments are horrible! Cars get broke into every day and night! No consistency with security! And all the appliances are old! And there is no water pressure! This is NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO MOVE TO!

I have been living here for about 8 months, and I've seen multiple cars broken into, reports of cars stolen from the property, and unfortunately I had my own car wheels STOLEN. Apparently, I was not the only one that day who had their wheels stolen. When I filed my police report, the officer stated "I see they still haven't put cameras on the property." I will say though the office and maintenance staff are amazing and I have no complaints on them, but the management/owner need to step up and actually do something about this reoccurring issue. We pay thousands of dollars only to live in fear for our vehicles/property. If there is no action taken from management, then I will have to leave as soon as my lease ends... or possibly leave before my lease ends due to lack of safety.

I have lived at this apartment for 8 years. In the beginning it was nice, however, after several management changes the apartment changed. My car has been broken into several times and stolen twice. I do like the apartments, I just wish their cameras were functional during that time. All in all is it a perfect apartment, no, but is it nice and have a good location, yes. The front office staff and maintenance are pretty cool too.

Over the past nearly four years of residing at Trails at City Park, I can confidently say that it has been a truly delightful and enriching experience. One of the standout aspects that have consistently impressed me is the outstanding level of communication and availability provided by the management and staff. From the very beginning, they have been attentive and responsive to any concerns or inquiries, creating an atmosphere of openness and trust that fosters a strong sense of community. The regular activities organized by the apartment community have been a fantastic way to engage with fellow residents and foster meaningful connections. Even though I may not always participate in every event, the mere existence of such initiatives highlights the community's commitment to promoting social interactions and enhancing the overall living experience for all residents. The variety of activities offered ensures that there is something for everyone, catering to diverse interests and preferences. Furthermore, I must commend the management for their impressive attention to detail and personalized service. Their familiarity with each resident is evident in the way they handle package deliveries. The fact that they recognize me well enough not to ask for my apartment number when receiving packages speaks volumes about the level of care and consideration they put into their interactions with residents. Living at Trails at City Park has provided me with a sense of security and belonging, which are invaluable in making an apartment feel like a true home. The well-maintained facilities and lush green surroundings of the nearby City Park add to the overall appeal of the community, creating a tranquil and inviting ambiance. In conclusion, my nearly four years at Trails at City Park have been a wonderful journey of comfort, community, and camaraderie. The commendable communication, thoughtful availability, and engaging activities have made it a truly special place to call home. I look forward to continuing my residency here and creating more cherished memories in the future.

I've been quite satisfied living here. My main reason for living here is because of the location. It's convenient location allow me to have access to the freeway 288. It's also very close to pearland, the medical center and access to Hobby Airport. The area has been clean and well manicure lawn, and landscaping has kept the property attractive throughout the years, that I've lived here. I'd only like to see additions like more covered parking to accommodate all tenants who want weather protection for their vehicles. Also, their are many activities geared toward adults . We are a family community, I assume. Therefore, I'd like to see the central area, that I feel is dormant, wasted land, use as a fenced in concreate area playground. . I am frequently visited by my grandchildren. I'm on the second floor and you can imagine that it causes them to play inside with lots of movement. I'm very overwhelmed most times, because of having to insist that they sit still and walk softly. It's bothersome for me being a senior of 73 years old. The playground and water splash outlets would be an awesome addition to the property. Tenant: Earline # 724
