ENTIRE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Do not let them convince you otherwise. I was there for 4 years of their attempts to control it. It is OUT OF CONTROL. I lived in unit 1002 for 4 years 2022-2026. Our first neighbors in 1004 abandoned their unit and left rotting food and pet waste everywhere such that the smell permeated the walls. The staff ignored the unit and refused to enter it to clean it for 3 months. One of the 11th floor units was broken into by a local unhoused individual and the resident was assaulted and robbed. This was never reported to the residents and staff gleefully covered it up. Our unit, 1002, leaked for the entire 4 years. This was reported to staff continuously but they would close the request with no resolution. Our A/C was broken for the entire 4 years we were in the unit. Summer time temps regularly hit 85-88 in the unit with the A/C on full blast. Again continuously reported with no fix. The parking garage leaks weird sediment water on random spots/vehicles. It will ruin your paint if you don’t remove it immediately. The neighboring properties are all drug/prostitution havens so if that’s your interest you’ll be right at home. We lived here because it was the cheapest apartment near our business and we need to be close because the local street population breaks in about once a month. The Tiger Market taco truck is a fence for items stolen from the neighborhood. I watched drug crime, theft, & assaults happen on a regular basis in the parking lot. The cops do not care and won’t protect you. Weird aggressive people in and outside the building all the time. The building AirBNBs empty units. Strangers attempted to enter our unit on multiple occasions. The view is fantastic and the maintenance staff are friendly. Literally everything else is a nightmare. I will update with more information & photos when I have time. After 4 years here and trying to work with them on all these issues, when we moved out, I was charged $2,000 for a broken microwave handle. Absolutely nasty work by Fiona, Laura, & Ms. Maxey. They will take your money and give it straight to their corporate daddies and smile doing it.
