This was a 2nd chance property..The residents were sooo Uncaring about noise & litter..The walls are paper thin..there are at least 50 strat cats walking the property and crying all night long. The bathrooms are the smallest I've ever experienced.I paid my rent on time every month so that I could build a great rental history. Was so glad to leave there.Police were called out every other night.Spiders and Ants everywhere...Roaches were part of the overall landscape TAKE YOUR chances if you want!!!

This places is noise and super disgusting. It was not like this at first. This place has went way down hill. The residents are so disrespectful to the grounds. This place get trashed every night and weekend. They party all the time. Children are always outside during curfew. Reporting to the office doesn't resolve anything. For those who have no choice but to stay here, good luck.

I do no like these apts.. its loud and the manager don't care about anything..I shouldn't have to pay so much money for a spot like this.. and during this recent storm.. the apt lights have been off for 3 days and they are still off .. its freezing and we haven't heard anything about the lights being turned back on .. this is ridiculously crazy..

I will say in the beginning when I had my first encounter with Veronica at Northpoint Square apartments, she was AMAZING. Veronica was on point with communication and ensuring the signing lease process was smoothly ran. A few days before I moved in, I contact the office to speak with her and I was told she moved to another complex. Next in line was Gladys and boy this was such an annoying experience from that point moving forward. First off I was having packages delivered to the office prior to my move in, which I asked if that was ok and they were fine with that. Two of my packages were misplaced for a week because they failed to thoroughly search their mailroom (conference room they use as space). I then called Gladys the a day before I moved in to confirm everything would be ready prior to move in and she told me that she didn't even walk the unit from the last resident. She then told me that she didn't know if I would be able to move in because she didn't call the housekeepers to clean the unit and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for her. I should have known at that point it would be an issue. Through out my visit to the office there wasn't much productivity going on. Anyways, an unfortunate situation occurred with a crazy person I barely knew. They visited my home once and for whatever reason was stalking me and creating an issue. Well this individual went as far as destroying one of my neighbors vehicles because he thought it was mines. I was completely unaware until he did destroy my vehicle with spray paint. A police report was made and so did my neighbor do the same thing. The police suggested that we talk to our leasing office to have them move us to another unit or move into a sister property. Well before I can go to the office, the property management came to my apartment to talk and they were frustrated. I was at the point of confusion and frustration as well plus terrified because I am having to look over my shoulder behind a phsyco. The property management started off with telling me that my neighbor went to tell them about the situation occurring and stating that I was never a problem tenant and etc. So, after I told them what I knew and told them I was ok with switching units or properties, they went on to telling me that they need to speak with their supervisors. That was understandable. Well about 2 hours later Gladys comes alone and basically tells me that she doesn't have good news and that I would need to move out the next day from the property. I was confused as how I deserved to be put out of my home with no resolution. Gladys told me that my neighbor was frustrated and because it was a BMW that it made the situation worse. LOL as if we didn't have the same car plus her model was an old car. I did get offended when she said that. I then was told that I would not get my deposit back and she couldn't tell me if they were planning to put this as a broken lease on my credit. It just felt like she was looking out for the other tenant. She never moved my neighbor if she was so concerned about her safety. I guess cause I am not -------- then it was no matter of my safety…more just like get the hell out. Her attitude about the whole situation had me in an uproar but I decided to be more sensible. Especially her not being the best fit for the role of a property manager based off of my observations. So, I contacted HAA about the issue because of how she handled the situation and I be damn if you were going to keep $600! HAA had the manager over Gladys contact me and was totally apologetic about the false Gladys provided. Dean (Supervisor) stated I was getting my deposit back and nothing was going against my credit. He just had wanted me to move off of the property for my safety being. Keep in mind, my safety was never a concern of Gladys and I have been a very responsible resident. They then gave me two weeks to move out which was better. On my day of move out, I went to the office as soon as they opened to give my key. I guess Gladys was in a mood because I contacted HAA and I was pissed to, so it didn't matter…she requested to walk the unit with me. She walked the unit and I cleaned the hell out of that apartment, but it wasn't much to do because my apartment stayed in absolute great shape and showroom ready. I am very clean. She decided to charge me $100 from deposit for maid service for small clean up on oven and small cosmetic issue inside cabinet. LOL and pointed out dust on the fan. THAT WAS IT! Then she comments, you kept the unit in excellent condition after saying she was charging me. I went ahead and let her have that $100 with no argument because I just wanted to move out of that trash hole. If you are any other race than --------, just stay away. The property isn't really worth it and neither is the leasing staff. As for the property, I suggest you start creating diversity with in your office and start respecting all residents the same!

Since I stepped in the office I was meet with smiling faces, and always very attentive. I moved in 4months ago, and so far so good, I even received a courtesy call 1 month after my move in to see how everything was going.

No storage space , as much as they want for rent we should have washer n dryer hooks ups but no then they want 30 dollars for parking spot. It is greenspoint. Y are u charging so much ?! I love these apartments. They've been newly renovated and under new management. Maintenance is very quick. I've been living here with my grandma and son and it's safe and quiet. Front desk is a lot of help too. Love it here.

You want to move here if you are ----- or -------- and like living in a run down cheap place, because that is what these apartments are, maintenance sucks. It takes forever to get things fixed, you get no help from the front office you have to pay for parking unless you want to park on the far side of the complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
