The people living in 3601 Runnels St, Houston TX 77003 around 5am this morning dumped garbage, chemicals and other debris between the sidewalk and road in front of a vacant lot (220 N Hutcheson St). I'm worried the chemicals could harm the kids and animals in the area.
I submitted a complaint in December. No action had been taken. There is more garbage dumped in the lot. ItÆs awful
People across the street just dump daily trash there
On the side of runnels trash referr to SWD for pick up
Home is dilapidated and unsafe. Accumulation of dumped trash. Unkept tall grass. Flies and mosquitoes prevalent. Appears homeless living in back area.

The home was problematic and then it burnt down and now worse. Kids go in there any play in the burnt out shell, people go in at night. Major safety issue.

There are people living in the building but it appears unsafe and unsanitary. The windows have been broken and doors removed. Last week a person living in the vacant building overdosed on drugs and collapsed on the sidewalk then needed to be taken to the hospital.

The grass is up about 5 feet tall. You can not walk on the sidewalk. Does not look good for the neighborhood.
