***URGENT!*** 10 month old baby was hospitalized because of a heat stoke in the apartment. Workers for Management stated that the A/C unit is very old and it cannot be fix so a new one would have to be put in but the owner doesn't want to help her. She has been out of A/C since the beginning of June. Citizen speaks spanish.
Caller is reporting that her unit has no A/C, there is rat infestation due to many holes in walls. Also, the roof is starting to collapse and the owner is aware of all the issues and has not done anything in over a month. Spanish caller.
