No mailbox covers. Infested with roaches. Hollow walls. Maintenance men will be in your home going through your things when you are not at home. Structure of the buildings are weak and old. There’s always sewage spewing out into the streets and the maintenance crew goes days without cleanup. The pools are dirty 80% of the summer. Will not recommend to anyone. Rent should be cheaper due to the interior and exterior of this place. Understaffed and always rude. Never complete any tickets that you submit. Laundry mats are constantly filled with human feces or urine. Appliances in the apartment are cheap and hardly work. Electric shortages in all of the plugs. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I believe “allegedly that the front office crew destroyed my mailbox due to retaliation. Oh yeah and no hot water and mold.

Please don't bother...very unprofessional. Insensitive,to humans I would never waste my money on a apartment complex that doesn't care about there residents. To post a eviction note on the door making fun of financial hardships. Not some where I would live.

The horible management i see in houston the manager dont know how to threaduri the personal who live in that place not safe not clean a very B?d management i dont recomand to anybody to rent here is a shame

Office managers are completely unprofessional. Won't do anything that's required of them. Only thing nice is the showroom and office none of the apartments look like that, whole office is -------- soon as I asked was anything available they said no. But website showed all available apartments. Don't waste your time. Complex full of trash

Avoid this place, the value seems worth it but for your safety and piece of mind do rent here. The management company does not care about you, just that you have the rent on time. They seem to be careful about who they rent to but that's a load of BS. There's some good neighbors but its outweighed by the crap that they rent to or the friends of those who visit. Also the maintenance issues that plague this place are ridiculous not to mention the roach issues with people leaving their trash outside for days. Again avoid this place pay the extra 50 to 100 for a better place to live you will thank me for it.

The apartment itself is not the worst, however the staff make you despise the place. The people at the office are highly incompetent and act as though you are a burden. You literally have to go to the office to yell at them to get some work done. I will definitely stay away from this one.

I hate every second living here. It seems they have allowed criminals live and work here, as maintenance . There are a lot of predators live and work here. I don't feel safe and I have lost my peace since I moved here. Neighbors are very loud, geto type of people who argue, yelling curse words to each other and if not they party so loud that it's impossible to have peace in your own home. The walls are so thin that I can hear everything neighbors say !!! The equipment in the Gym are broken and they never fix it. The flush system in toilet and shower is very old and doesn't work right. You have to flush at least 3 times until it works !! Even after the maintenance say they fixed it !!! I don't know where do they get these maintenance, illegal immigrants or not they don't know their job and don't speak fullent English !! The maintenance & contractors , themselves play loud music while they work and don't care about the residences here !! There has been so many thieves stealing my stuff that I am afraid to leave my Apt. The people working in the office are very rude and don't do their job right, even after telling them So many times to tell my neighbor to quiet down, they don't do nothing !! The worst is the swimming pool filled with kids who pee in the water and the landscapers who blow every trash from outside in to your patios and again when you tell the office nothing changes !!! Frankly, they don't want the residences be happy here ! They lie to your face all the time and twist the truth for their benefits. I hope Harris County gets them...surely they are breaking laws giving work to criminals, as maintenance and homes to criminals as well. God save me from them.

Awful place. There are many criminals here stealing my packages from in front of my Apt. and even mailboxes which are not cared for, usually you see your mails pinned to the board than being in mailbox! And it's stolen the next minute. Furturemore, the cut water all the time here as a usual thing. They say they are fixing leaks but you don't see anything improved nor changed ! There is a lot of noise here, dogs barking, children playing and their parents partying, getting drunk and yelling at each other, speaking the faul language. They say they have a Gym but a lot of equipment are broken and useless. Worse the maintenance and people in the office are rude and don't want to work. When you request for a problem they don't show up till you beg them over and over again to come and fix a thing ! It takes them a week. Worst is managers, office people and even maintenance are usually at the other property they say ( where they get more $$) and no one is here to take care of this property !! There are a lot of predidotors on property which you are afraid to go to the pool in safety. Moreover they give a price for rent but you notice the utilities they charge is at least $85 which is outrageous since they don't have any trash pickup not any new nor luxury thing !! The pipes and toilets are old and the flush system is very bad here. Warning, Don't come to live here, you will be miserable like me !

Karen! Karen!! Karen!!!. If it's possible to yell her name all around the complex I will. I have been residing here for little over 4 months now and so far so good am loving it. Moving from a luxury place down here, I thought I wouldn't love it but the reverse is the case. And many thanks to the staff in the leasing office they are all fantastic most espcially Karen. She's very detailed and takes her time to show you everything and tells you all you need to know in your decision making. Thanks Karen and Jessica. I appreciate everything done for me. Management need to give you guys a pay raise considering the amount of work and energy out out there. Thanks guys.
