Mold in bathroom.

Sewer lines are expose and the smell I very bad- the laundry max has lint on the back of the machines and could be a fire hazard- there is also a hole on the on the floor of the laundry room that could be a tripping hazard.

Citizen stated other residents are not cleaning their dogÆs poop from the grounds. HeÆs spoken with management but to no avail. Wants to know if you can/will contact them and also him to let him know what was said/done.

Sidewalk in this area is completely hollow the surface underneath seem to washed out, according to the field maps there is are waste water line that run in this particular area. Because of the massive build up of mud I was unable to visibly see the actual waste water manhole, I placed one reflective barricade and yellow caution tape for safety until repairs can be made.
