Address is 2121 tannehill dr. Leak is on seaspray street coming from under the sidewalk. Has been water pouring out for two weeks now
I don't know if it's a main or a service line.

The mold isnÆt resolved. They sprayed primer on it and said it was fixed. ThereÆs still mold under the primer and inside the ceiling and ac trap door

I have had roaches in my apartment for a year now due to a neighbor that had an infestation. He moved and they didnÆt get the infestation fixed and now they come into my clean apartment all the time. I see at least 8-10 a day. Babies and adults. Mainly in the kitchen. IÆve asked for pest control for months and months and theyÆve sprayed twice in the last 10 months
I had water dripping from the ac Pan that is above my tub in the bathroom that drain the water, it was cracking and separating the ceiling. They finally came and fixed it after 3 months of constantly asking them to and they had it patched, didnÆt take out the drywall or make any really changes. So now 2 months later from the patch, my ceiling is dripping water again and now I have mold in my ceiling. IÆm allergic

Roach infestation in a shared apartment wall following a plumbing leak where no drywall was removed or repairs done. Infestation out of control; apartment management claims theyÆve treated our unit, but they have repeatedly ignored our requests regarding both the roaches, severe AC leaks, and mold. They will not address the infestation in the walls. We have tried to treat it ourselves, but itÆs out of control. Roaches end up in coffee pot, fridge, utensils, bed, workplaces.
