The water has been bubbling out of the main break for 2 weeks now. It is loaced at the SW corner of the intersection of Ella and 22nd Street

mold in closet and in all the window sills. citizen hired a mold inspector and the inspector stated its due to the windows being installed properly. mold issue detected on dec 5th 2019. please mcc.
