Good Afternoon,My name is Jaclyn Crow and I am currently renting from the San Simeon apartments located at 2121 Allen Pkwy. My unit # is 1086. I presently mold in my apartment which is apparent in pictures and proven by a third party mold inspection I paid OUT OF POCKET for. The apartment complex has been notified weeks in advance of this issue and have yet to resolve major areas of concern. They have only responded to one of the issues which isn't even the worst part. APARTMENT COMPLEX TRASH DUE TO CONSTRUCTION, WOOD DUST AND TRASH ALL OVER THE APARTMETN HALLWAYS AND COMON AREAS . SAW DUST GETTING IN PEOPLES EYES , RAZOR BLAEDS IN THE HALLWAYS NAILS IN THE GROUND NEAR THE POOL AREAS. MANAGEMENT HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING.

Email: The leak occurs on the sidewalk of Allen Parkway next to the 2121 Amli building. It is in between Amli 2121 and the Allen Parkway/Montrose intersection, on the sidewalk. You can identify the leak by the water on the sidewalk that is going non-stop. It has been leaking for about 2 months now.
