The location for 2121 could hardly be better. The staff are friendly, responsive, and professional. The vast majority of the time, this is an excellent place to live. There is a high proportion of college-age and young adult residents (myself included), and from time to time, the place can be lively/noisy (choose depending on how introverted you feel). City events (races/parades/concerts, etc.) are frequently held in the area, which is super convenient for attendance, but can make vehicle access to the property challenging every once in a while (beyond management's control, for sure). There's very little visitor parking, and days in which every single visitor space is full are frequent. Also, I strongly advise that residents relocate their cars in advance of major flooding events like Harvey.

It's the only place I've lived where everyone says hello when you pass in the hallways, it has an excellent sense of community. I love living somewhere where everyone feels like a friend! It has awesome amenities that are constantly used, like 2 pools, grills, a gym, a party room, computer room, everything you need in an apartment complex.

My experience at the AMLI 2121 so far has been great. The apartment itself is beautiful and well kept, the atmosphere is really friendly and there are a lot of amenities available for residents. I haven't had any issues with noise at all (which most apartments seem to struggle with) - the walls seem to block out sound pretty well. The location really can't get much better either. All in all a great place to live.

Great apartment & location to parks and the local bars. Cell reception in the parking garage doesn't exist. They have garage door openers and should move to just a key fob and some kind of gate sensor you put on your car window to automatically open the gate like my pervious apartment. Interior of the apartments are really nice and well maintained.

The commute to work is unbeatable. It takes about 10 minutes maximum for me to arrive at my office in downtown. The grounds are always kept in nice condition, and with the renovation of the hike and bike trails along Allen Parkway, my outdoor options for exercising have expanded.
