Water Leak
multi familty property, 3 buildings were renovated due to water damage and never obtain permits
I'm currently a resident in the condo building at 2120 Kipling St, Houston, TX 77098. I think the main elevator inspection expired in April 2022, and hasn't been updated since. The elevator currently may not be functioning properly or safely.Do you know what we need to do to make sure the elevator is compliant with all safety guidelines from the city? I've reached out to the building's management group, but my emails were not returned.
