Greenbriar Colony Townhome Association don’t and won’t do anything to keep the community or property up to par. Being an owner since 2003 and it’s been very terrible. The Association fees are extremely too high for such a down graded community such as these Townhomes looking over here. No grass in most of the areas. None of the tenants are pleased with this Home Association over here. They are quick to send you a threatening letter for some insignificant bull crap! If try to call the Greenbriar Colony Townhome Association good luck if get an answer, oh yeah you may a tone stating that you reached them after hours. Nothing but a bunch of bull !!
