Contractor has checked for water leaks all of the property inside and out. However, water meter readings indicate that there is double water usage.

The sewer pipe that is supposed to be connected underneath the sidewalk from apartment building (closest to Canal Street) to City's Manhole appears to be disconnected and/or broken. Sewage is coming out every time a tenant flushes a toilet, etc. Smells terrible. We have covered it and used lye for the smell. The apartment complex at 211 N. Bryan St is owned by my family. Location between Canal and Navigation.
