2102-2106 Tuam St is a vacant lot used for chronic illegal dumping. A tire has been left in the ditch in the half of the lot listed as 2102. At the other end of the lot at the curb are bags of torn open garbage, with contents blowing up and down the street.
The trash is on Tuam between St. Emanuel and Hutchins
Two distinct problems for one vacant lot. 1) Illegal dumping. People are dropping off bags of garbage at empty lot. 2) Unmaintained lot. Weeds several feet tall now.

2 LARGE MATTRESSES ALONG WITH OTHER TRASH DUMPED ON A VACANT PROPERTY.
This vacant house has had lots of garbage dumped in the front yard, there is always trash here, and right now two vagrants are sleeping on abandoned matresses on the front porch.
