I love this place, I just moved in and I loved the downtown view. I enjoyed the fourth of July, this is a wonderful area, I love my new home.

I been here for 2 months and I like the place. The commute to work is smooth and no traffic. Outside of downtown for a nightlife. Having a pool, patio and a fitness room is legit. Management is helpful , organized and keep you informed. Good price for a good location.

I've lived here for 1 year now and it has been great! The staff is awesome and friendly, the maintenance is quick and do good work, and I haven't had any issues with noise or neighbors. The area is growing quickly! I plan on renewing my lease for another year. I recommend Canal Place for anyone trying to live downtown!

I've lived at this complex for 2 years and it has been an absolute wonderful experience. The office staff is very attentive and cooperative. The view of the downtown skyline in some units is beautiful. Easy access to the freeway is a huge plus for my commute to and from work. Being able to enjoy the gym amenities is another thing that is great about it. I'm excited and looking forward to renewing my lease yet again.

The lady at the front was extremely cheerful and helpful. She was able to answer all of my concerns and made the whole process of getting my first apartment a lit less stressful. The view, apartment and amenities were amazing as well. I'm looking forward to moving in!

I am a resident at Canal Place Apartments and I am extremely happy with the service I get from the staff. I am in a 2 bedroom apartment with a downtown view and it is the most uplifting view I get on a busy and stressful day at work. Canal Apartments have made my stay here very comfortable and relaxing. I just want to say that I just visited Canal place and I am in love. I just filled out my application and on my way to get my money orders. I had to take the time to write this because I feel very confident with my decision. This is truly a hidden treasure right in downtown! I love the office staff, I felt right at home and they answered all my questions, and I had many lol. I read these reviews and I know I am making the right decision and I'm attending the JJ Watt classic in 2 weeks so I am so excited being so near to Minute Maid, this made my day!

Came in today to view a two bedroom apartment. The lady that help me was super friendly to me. I was having such bad luck finding something within my budget for downtown. The price is right and they are running some great deals right now that I could not past up. Not as new as the other apartment communities in the area, but well kept up by the management.

I came to check these apartments out because they are close to my job. I had never noticed that they were apartments. I felt very welcomed when I entered into their office. I was interested in a small one bedroom and they had the price I was looking to pay. I just filled out my application because it felt homey. I liked the apartment and the area is convenient for me. That is most important for me because I attend Astros and Rockets games frequently. I'm hoping to get approved soon and I will be recommending my friends too.
