Bats in the Building
There is a water main break in the south side of Briarforest lane which shoots up 30 feet at 12am each morning(night) for ten minutes. It is in the south sidewalk along briarforest, outside my apartment #289 which is right along the outer fence of my oaks at woodlake complex. Occupant has filthy home, with hoarding conditions and has an infestation of roaches that is affecting every unit around her. Association has paid for pesticide treatment and told her she needs to clean her unit but she has not. She is second floor, so this is posing structural, environmental, fire, and health hazards. The sewer is overflowing on the sidewalk and driveway next to building # 50. This issue is ongoing and has been reported to the property management and 311 several times and again last night through your 311 app. Sewer has been overflowing here for years every other weekend and residents and kids are forced to walk through raw sewage.
