Trash and debris in alleyway behind property. Including construction barrel, cones, ceiling fan, limbs, full trashcan. Most of which have been there for years.

the garbage cans for this property are sitting out front at all times, are often open and overflowing and trash is everywhere and gets blown across the street and sidewalks anytime there is wind and rain
Just about every month we notice the city leave a violation notice on the gate of this multi unit building. The violation states unsafe electrical and gas test needed. This has been going on for about a year and it appears the owner has not fixed anything, this is a concern because this building is so close to other buildings that if the gas or electric were to cause a fire it would spread quickly to nearby buildings
