Water Leak - 2500381694 - 204 LUTHER ST
Caller reported that the neighbor CONSTANTLY has a nasty sewage smell coming from the property.
City UM was out and cleared the sewer both sewer lines and they stated there is a cave in at the ditch, which is a seperate issue. Per city UM there is a broken sewer line under the ditch. Please mcc upon arrival.
