This person repiped, changed electrical, and structural changes without a permit. He also has his ac units he added to close to my property and I am afraid they can cause a fire 4 units very close to my property. This home owner has converted this single family residence to a multifamily, and has installed new electrical, plumbing, and mini splits to close to my property and I am afraid it will cause a file and has been extremely noisy. He has not pulled a permit for this work.
