A LARGE PILE OF LOOSE RUBBISH MADE UP OF AN OLD FENCE, PERSONAL ITEMS, JUNK, ETC WAS PLACED OUT ON 203 W 32ND IN APRIL 2020. IT IS ALMOST JULY!!! THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY CONTINUES TO PILE THEIR TRASH ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE TRASH IS LOOSE. NO GARBAGE BAGS. BESIDES BEING ILLEGAL NUISANCE THIS TRASH IS A FEW FEET FROM A VERY LARGE WATER DRAIN THAT OUR STREET IS DEPENDENT ON TO PREVENT FLOODING. GIVEN ITS HURRICANE SEASON THIS TRASH WILL EVENTUALLY BE PUSHED TO THE SEWER AND IT WILL CLOG THE DRAI
