Good afternoon,I am following up on a complaint for 2027 Dorsett St, 77029. The SR # is 20176903. The stoppage crew on 10/27/21 stated that they ôCLEARED MAIN LINE OF HEAVY DEBRISö. Is this something that should be looked into? I checked backend manhole # FA003027. The outlet was completely hidden. Can we please send someone to clear out the outlet to allow flow through the manhole? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,

311 email request We had two sewer crews come out and tell us that we where a foot and a half away from it be on the City side. So we started digging. We found a man hole that neither of the City guys found. (See picture)We know that we are clear up to this point. Please send another crew.
Ran camera into our system. Sewer line plugged up at city Conection. Building has been empty for 10 years.
