Water leak in vault before meter and valve
Quail harbor// I manage an HOA at 2025 Augusta Dr. Houston, Texas 77057. There is a leak by the entrance gate next to the first building to the left. We have sent two different plumbing buildings and they are recommending to contact your office as it seems that the leak might be coming from the city side. Can you please assist with investigating this issue? The gate code is #5529.
For the last 4 days there has been brown water pouring out onto the road at the exit to my apartment complex at 2025 Augusta Drive. Sometimes it is pouring from the driveway slope, and other times it is bubbling up from below the curb in different locations.
