THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AT THE INTERSECTION OF LAKESIDE FOREST LANE AND WILCREST DRIVE HAS A LONG HISTORY OF DUMPING TRASH INTO THE TRAILS AND ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD OF WILCREST BETWEEN THE APARTMENTS AND TERRY HERSHEY. LARGE BAGS OF TRASH LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DUMPED OUT OF THE APARTMENTS AND INTO THE DRAINAGE PATH AND ALONG THE STREET. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND SAFETY ISSUE FOR PEOPLE WALKIN ALONG WILCREST AND USING THE BIKE PATHS.
RESIDENTS AND MAINTENANCE PEOPLE AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAVE BEEN DUMPING TRASH BEHIND THE APARTMENTS INTO THE BIKE TRAILS AND ALONG WILCREST. THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR PEDESTRIANS.
