People have begun dumping trash on this property as well as on the surrounding sidewalks and ditches. The sidewalks on W 20th and Beall were cleaned by neighbors on Friday. There was new trash dumped by Sunday.

The mobile home park located at 2002 Beall St (baker mobile home Park) recently had a shed/structure collapse through the fence. The fence has since been repaired but the collapsed structure is still on the property. Since the collapse (3-4 weeks ago) a strong chemical odor can be smelled from about 250 feet away. Based on my experience, I am concerned there are dangerous chemicals in the collapsed structure that could be harmful/dangerous to the environment and people.
