Taylor Heights is a beautiful and safe apartment complex with every amenity you could want. Nina was extremely helpful and responsive in helping me find a perfect apartment however due to some personal circumstances on my end I wasn’t able to move in. If you’re reading this you should definitely make Taylor Heights your new home because you will not be disappointed.

Security is awful - cars stolen or have parts stolen all the time. Cars are left on cinder blocks after all of their tires and rims are stolen. There is broken glass on the parking garage floors all the time. The fire doors don't work. Years to get doors that should be secure to work. If you choose to live in this complex, hats off to you for your bravery. Accounting errors at every turn. Watch your money. They will take so much of your cash if you are not careful and do not look out for all of their errors. I'm happy to speak with anyone about my experience. You should know exactly what is possible at this complex. In response to my asking that a door be fixed so that the security latch worked, Iam not kidding, the head of property management told me that "even if the door were secure, people would still find a way to break in". You cannot make this up. As if a tenant doesn't know that theft is part of real life - so why even put locks on any apartment doors? Renters should beware.

I only lived at Taylor Heights for one year and the experience was beautiful, peaceful, and a was my little sanctuary in the hustle of city life. The amenities are beyond luxury. The building and units are gorgeously maintained. Don’t get me started on the staff—their level of care and kindness is rare in modern apartment management teams. The entire team goes out of their way every day to ensure residents are thrilled to live there. The area is in a lovely part of town that’s right on the hike and bike trail with plenty of the height’s best establishments in walking distance. I always felt safe living here and enjoyed coming home after a long day. I recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy apartment living.

Welcome to the Heights , Taylor Heights has perfected the feel of elevated living . A welcome experience for the busy business professional , the community is clean and well cared for . Communication is on point regarding building maintenance to the monthly events . When coming in to a new city it’s a pleasant way to inter mingle and meet those within the community. I have met quite a few professionals and like minded individuals. I’m pressed and will be here long term . Welcome to the Heights and welcome to Taylor Heights Neighbor!

I lived in Houston for 7 years, during that time I lived in two apartment complexes and a townhome in the Heights area. Taylor heights was by far my favorite place to live, I would still be living had I not taken a new job in a different state. Management: The leasing office staff here is awesome! We had a really good relationship with them, they are all super friendly and very willing to help. They are stringent on the rules but I actually thought that was a positive trait. 10/10 Maintenance: as funny as it may sound the maintenance team was actually my favorite part of living at Taylor. These guys work their butts off to keep the complex in good order. They are prompt and will fix whatever issues you may have quickly. 10/10 Quality: almost every apartment presents themselves as a luxury apartment, that os not true. The apartments may look nice but they are cheap. Taylors finishes are closer to what you might find a new build home, the doors, showers, toilets, etc. are all better than what you will find in other complexes at a similar price point. 8/10 Location: this has to be the best location ever, you can walk to chickfila faster than you can drive there and if thats not enough theres a whole Target complex across Taylor St. the highway is right down the street which makes getting around Houston super easy. 10/10 I loved the pool, some complain about the size of the gym but I went there almost everyday at carious times and never had an issue. If you're on the fence, trying to decide which apartment to go with, just chose Taylor and save yourself the headache.

Moving from another state on your own can be daunting, however, Nina made me feel like this was a community that was safe (top priority) and hospitable and that is what I have experienced so far. The tour was not pushy, she was not trying to convince me to lease but listened carefully and asked pertinent questions about what I’m looking for and then mentioned what the community had to offer. She was very transparent and honest with her responses. The property was the 1st on my list of apartments to view that day and the others could not top the experience Nina provided. The property was clean, amenities were great…they have the second largest pool in the area and even though I can’t swim it will give me plenty of space to try, then fail, then try again lol. They have won several awards and I can see why…their gym is always clean…not to mention the restrooms in the common areas. Might I add they have a well kept lobby and lounge space (I have taken a few selfies already). Service requests are responded to quickly, like within 24-48 hrs Marco is the best though I’m sure he’s tired of hearing the Marco-Polo reference lol and maintenance has been so helpful even with things that are beyond their duties (I had my couch delivered and Freddy and Kevin spotted me moving it in and offered to help by propping up the doors and even unwrapped the coach after the delivery guys left…that was wayyy beyond what I expected) This is truly a great community. The leasing office has excellent team members…always helpful and friendly I’d list all their names but I would implore you to meet them when you come in for your visit and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. Hope this review helped and oh that’s my cute lil patio…I need more plants….let me go get some now because there are plenty of stores within walking distance including Target! Enjoy your tour future neighbor! Ciao for now!!!

I lived here from August of 2022 until April of 2023, at first everything was fine and I had no complaints, however, at the beginning of February 2023 my car was stolen from the property. I figured that since the apartment complex had security cameras and claimed to have a security guard regularly walking the property that the car would be safe but once the incident occurred, I realized that was not the case. I requested that the workers of the complex assist me in reviewing the security footage in order to be able to see how my vehicle left the property. There was no sense of urgency while they reviewed the footage and after a month and a half of them "reviewing" the footage they were unable to provide me with ANY information of when or how the car might have left. I tried to get information on the incident in the tenant portal and when I posted about the incident, my post went "Under review" and was NEVER posted on the page... as if they were trying to hide what happened. Furthermore, even after the incident occurred, they informed me that the security guard that worked on site was only on site two days a week and were unable to disclose which days, I even have footage and pictures of every time that I pulled into the garage and there was no guard working. You would think they would increase security after the incident but it appears that they did the opposite. Because of this, I left the complex and told them that I just wanted to put this behind me. Now that I am gone, they are trying to charge me for leaving the complex as if anyone in their right mind would want to bring another nice vehicle to the same place that their previous vehicle was stolen from. I was holding off on writing this review in hopes that they might do the right thing and just allow me to leave the complex. But no, they are trying to charge me a fee for leaving, despite the fact that they were of no help while I needed it. They made me wait over a month on time sensitive matter just to tell me they had absolutely no footage of my car leaving the complex even though they have cameras at the garage door (Which makes me conclude that they are either hiding something or their system never worked in the first place) and now they are trying to take more money from me after I lost a vehicle that was worth over 50k at their property..... glad they look out for their tenants.

I came and toured this community. The community looked nice online and reviews were glowing, I was excited to see what they had available. The moment I walked in the leasing man was in an office talking to the assistant manager. I stood there waiting to be helped when the guy came out and said what can I help you with? I was upset that he did not acknowledge that I was just waiting there for however long it too him to come out. He said he was helping the assistant. The assistant was not friendly at all, I felt like I was interrupting what they were talking about. I felt like I was being judged like I couldn't afford to live here. I will admit, I was wearing my work out clothes, but nothing out of the norm. I ended up leasing at Art House. I did not feel judged there.
