We had only been here 4 months and our car was broken into, they took our cd player. Management did nothing about it. Cops did nothing about it. They have a gate but it's been broken 3 out of the 4 months we've been here so it's open day and night. There's a supposedly gym here but none of the equipment works. There is only lighting in the park spaces right in front of your apartment which is like 3 parking spaces if you don't get home early you won't get to park there and the other spaces will be very dark so your car is not safe. I regret signing a lease for a year. I don't feel safe here.

crime, crime, crime!

Terrible plumbing problems in our building. Sinks back up and overflow when not in use. flooding from other units is a BIG problem. You can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors. No on-site management. Buildings are old and in very poor condition. A lot of vandelism on the property. We are moving very soon!

I currently live here, Lease is going t end in December. The gym facility is just for name sake. The complex is becoming a ------ complex of north houston. ------ kids vandalize vending machines and whatever they can in the night. As a result the management locks the gym on weekends and during weekdays whenever they feel like. And on weekdays they have it open from 8 am til 5 pm. Wonder how many people can use the gym during those timings.

Never move into this complex. Its a ------ slum. They are advertizing a lot now a days because of low occupancy. I wish they change management or clearly advertise the availability of amenities and the timings and adjust the rent accordingly.

Some women at office complex are helpful( do their best, because they cannot help or do anything much). One of the women in the office is obnoxious and is not helpful at all.

Aside from random acts of violence like tires getting slashed, cars getting broken into despite the 'security', gunshots, break-ins and muggings, the management is quite efficient at writing your complaints down on a sticky note to which I have no idea where it goes, but definitely not on the 'to do' list. If the entrance gate isn't broken and pushed in, the exit gate is. Luckily the entertainment of drug-dealers getting arrested and cars dragging through the '1/4 mile' of parking lot makes for much enjoyment. Just make sure the rent is on time, otherwise you run the risk of having one of the management team entering your apartment while you're at work to leave a nasty note on your counter, and probably helping themselves to god know's what.
