Please save your time, money, and sanity! Live anywhere else but here. New management is garbage. Maintenance patch fixes things only for them to break shortly after. Pest control does not come and there are bugs. Spent two different weeks during the summer with no air. They provided me with no compensation nor did they care that I had an 8 year old in a 90 degree apartment for a week during the summer. Go anywhere else but here.

These apartments is very dirty. Do not move to these apartments. They do not fix anything when it time for rent, they have the handout Do not move to these apartments They have roaches and everything else

These are the worst apartments you could ever live in. I have been living here since December 20 24. It is now June 2025. None of these maintenance issues have been resolved. I have been begging them to please fix them and they refuse to even answer an email. My belongings have gone missing in and outside of my apartment. The staff is horrible and the maintenance people are absolutely incompetent. I dont know who is worse management or maintenance.

I loved living here until recently, about the last 6 months or so. The maintenance issues are not being completed in a timely manner. Animal owners are not cleaning up behind their pets, there is a dog park but there us animal feces everywhere.

WORST APARTMENT EVER!! Since day one i've had issues with Maintenance nonstop. Broken shower head, The Air vent in the restroom doesn't work, sink leaks, Water leaking from toilet, My Air conditioning has went out at least 5 times now. The doors in my closet and laundry room can't close all the way and they said it can't be fixed. My ceiling leaks water, the roof had a hole in it and my carpet was soaked with water TWO DIFFERENT TIMES! They also do not answer the phone you have to call at least 10 times before they answer. They always say they will create a ticket and nobody comes unless you constantly call them.

Don't come to Trails of Dominion park they are the worse. They don't do ---- here for the resident that stay here. I am just waiting for my lease to expire and I am leaving. This is ---- here. Dogs ---- is everywhere

My refrigerator has been leaking since March 29,2024. I have made complaints, the maintenance team is very slow, management act like there doing you a favor and Debra supervisor tried to make it seem like o was the problem. The staff lie to you, I originally applied for the second floor and when It was move in day I was put on the 3rd floor when I already had to move out my last place. This place is infested with spiders. They don’t come and spray, they don’t fix the issues, they make it seem like your the problem, but they quick to put notices on your door. I will never recommend anyone to this place. This place is horrible I will be looking for a lawyer soon. I have reports, also recordings of how I have been treated.

The community is great?very quiet and the tenants are very nice?.the staff is amazing no issues with moving in at all some neighbors came out and helped move my things into my apartment?..the atmosphere in this complex is great very very quiet

It's been fairly quiet most of the time. I have good neighbors. We watch out for each other. The complex needs to work on the car & house theft problem before they decide to install charging stations for electric cars. Other than that I enjoy where I live.
