He vivido muy tranquila. El staff de administración son muy atentas personas. Hay muy buen servicio de mantenimiento. Mis vecinos son muy tranquilos. Y la HEB está frente a los departamentos. Walmart está cruzando la calle.

My son was shot twice in the head on 01/21/2017 while getting into a car to go home after visiting a friend. The security of this property has always been VERY poor and there is not any improvements being made AT ALL to protect their residents and guests. Terra Apartments evicted my son's friend due to this horrible matter. She was a VICTIM... NOT THE ONE THAT SHOT MY SON. They both were innocent bystanders walking to their car. I am truly disgusted with the actions of this property and the management company. There are HUGE problems with violence and nothing is being done to prevent it. there is a active investigation regarding the shooting in Harris County.

I thought that the Terra apts would be a nice place to live since it wasn t too far away from where i used to live. But as the days go by, i am coming to the realization that this, "not really renovated" apt complex is just a mess. Fighting, loud noise all through the night (people standing out, tenants fighting, and stray cats all over the place!!!! - i feel like i live in the pet cemetery at night because of the cats fighting one another).... -and dont think of taking your trash to the dumpster at night because there will 18 cats running out as soon as you make a sound...YUCK!!!! The parking is horrible and they tow your car.. Im trying to figure out why in the hell does the mgmnt office even have the space on the application inquiring about the tenants vehicles if they have them towed away- even when they are parked in the appropriate spot. The renovations are poorly done. Same old cheap cabinets just painted over.. Baseboards over an inch off the floor... Im always scared something is going to crawl out from beneath the cracks... Dishwasher inoperable, air conditioner loud as a lawn mower, and the water running in the showers is even louder... Noise all over that place.......

I have a friend that stays here that I have been visiting 5-6 days a week for the past few months. My vehicle was never towed until the other day. No where in the enterance of the complex nor in 85% of the property are there signs posted "Towing enforced". The only signage that is visible on property is the few visitor spots the complex has available for the hundreds of units on property. Why didn't I park in visitor parking? Because all their residents were parked in those spots, plus I have been parking in regular spots for months without being bothered. When I called to speak to management, the management was completely rude. No sympathy. Just a simple "Well you should of parked in visitors or on the side street.". This is no way of managing a property. The lack of customer service is appalling. I do not recommend living here nor visiting anyone who does!

Overall, the apartments have a beautiful appearance, inside and out. The staff is great, very quick to respond and help. However, I have been there for almost 7 months, I pay for pest control monthly to my rent and I still have to go out of my way (time and more money) to prevent from having roaches everywhere, and are still there. Pretty embarrassing when I have family or friends over. I have two kids and its something I have to be on top of. Also, The parking sucks. I think if all spaces were available to everyone, maybe it'd make things a little better? If you get home at 9:00 p.m. or later you will face difficulty finding a spot, many residents including myself are then forced to park in no parking zones and have had our cars towed. My car has been towed twice. They will not do anything for you if your car is towed. It's your responsibility to pay for it even though THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING.

I have been living at Terra for over a year now, and this is my third lease. Over all I have had a very pleasant experience here. I love that everything you need is right around the corner, I go to school at HCC Katy campus which is right across the street, HEB is not far, among Wal Mart, Walgreens, and other reseraunts. The new management is AMAZING and are always very helpful and quick to solve any problems you have. And not to mention, the renovations are DEFFINATLY a upgrade. The whole site looks 10 times better than how it was. I love my neighbors and the people in the community. No complaints here, I love my apartment. It's my space of serenity!

I love it here! We love out apartment, the front office staff, and even the maintenance guys. My children's school is around the corner. The renovations are stunning. To be honest I couldn't see it when they first started, but now they are almost done and I have to admit that its an amazing transformation. I have been told by some neighbors that past management/owners have not taken care of residents at all. Apparently this is new ownership/management since the end of last year. Luckily, I have not experienced that at all. Quite the opposite, actually. I look forward to 2-4 more years here while I prepare to buy my first home. Highly recommend!

A better place than it was before. The new management and remodel makes this place look and feel like home. Easy access to fry road, green house road, and iten. If you're looking for somewhere away from the city but close enough for you to get there quick, this is the place for you.
