Appears to storing vehicle on public street for motor repair. Tarp over engine area. Congested area due to numerous vehicles parking on street. If vehicle is not working should be parked on private property or repair shop, not on public street.
A concerned customer stated there's sewage flowing down the driveway between the address of 1956 & 1958 Ridgemore. He stated you can smell the sewage and it's going into the street.
