there is electrical work being done on the carports; putting indoor lighting on the outsdide; very low and a child could reach it. Hung up with coat hangers.HOA is responsible for having someone do the repair work. HOA's number is 713-953-0808.
They put up indoor lighting outside and they were hung by coat hangers this can be dangerous and can cause a fire
