lot not mowed in several weeks, 3 ft tall weeds
There is a recently redone METRO stop at Houston Ave and Spring St (North side of Spring Street, West side of Houston Ave). Since it has been completed there has been a ton of trash littering that entire block. Would it be possible to have a garbage can installed along the sidewalk here to help encourage proper disposal of garbage? This is right along the bike trail so I think it would be beneficial to walkers and bikers as well. Thanks!
