Nuisance On Property
Water Leak
The new construction does not seem to match the prevailing front yard setback in our deed restrictions
Lot cleared- no landscape fabric soil retention installed- mud flooded site, bury sidewalk and curb
nuisance citizen states that she has sent the resident a letter for them to make the corrections
CALLER STATED THE LEAK IN BEHING THIS PROPERTY ADDRESS IN THE ALLEYWAY. NOT SURE WHERE LEAK IS COMING FROM.
Pool in backyard is holding lots of water. We try treating mosquitos on our property, but my 3 and 5 year old cant go outside. We are immediate neighbors right beside.
Raccoons have come out of the attic and/or house into our yard to our garbage cans in early AM and/or dusk and my 3 and 5 year old have seen them as well. There are droppings around our / thier property. We are immediate neighbors.
