The restaurant called Thirteen at 1911 bagby street, suite 100
I live near the restaurant Thirteen and they are doing construction at all hours of the night and day. We asked them to quiet down at night and they couldnÆt even show a permit for the work. It appears to be both dangerous and a nuisance to us neighbors.
