There is a water leak on the Eskridge Street side of the apartment building that is getting steadily worse. It has flooded the surrounding lawn for weeks now, and is smelling now like sewage. Sone of it is draining into the storm drain, but much of it is growing slime in the gutter and smelling increasingly like sewage in the lawn between the leak on the side of the building and the flooded gutter.
