Great place to live! Excellent location, next to downtown, great restaurants. Maintenance has been very responsive to all issues. Misty is an outstanding manager who is very kind, listens to tenants complaints, responds to them, and gets the job done! The review left in March 2025, in no way reflects the environment here now. Misty has greatly improved this place. I know, I have been living here for over 5 years. Huge difference.

Misty is a good apartment manager, management has greatly improved since she has taken over! The maintenance is responsive and friendly. The parking being fixed and gates being replaced have helped a lot!

Misty and the new team are great. I absolutely adore maintenance man and our pool is now clean. Great AC running water at a cheap price. Can’t get much better for where I live. The gate is also fixed so it locks and there’s ample parking on the street.

I love it here the place is very quiet and clean and I have no issues with maintenance. Misty is very nice and sweet also which makes staying here even more convenient, so if your looking for a decent place than you should try here.

Management team is professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff does a great job keeping the property clean and well maintained. The community is quiet, the location is convenient.

These apartments used to be nice and pretty. They are straight trash now. It is the laughing stock and undesired apartment complex in a beautiful neighborhood. Plumbing issues throughout the whole complex, mold, no upkeep of the units, no communication from management, none of the washers and dryers properly work.. takes at least $10 to do one load of laundry, police/criminal activity always around, gunshots inside apartments, homeless sleeping in garages or stairwells, the list goes on. Always adding charges that aren’t kept up. $15 for pest control- never came and sprayed. $25 for trash- dumpster overflowed. Pretty sure the “management� Jasmine/Gigi keeps making google accounts and writing nice fake reviews of herself. Kind of funny considering there isn’t even an actual manager or office on the property. There is only a drop box they created to drop off important things. I repeat, No office at all. No manager on site. Just a phone that never picked up. There had been about seven different property managers in just a few years. Nowhere near worth the arm and a leg they charged for rent. Such a disappointment from how it used to be. Gorgeous with ivy lined gates, trees that have been cut down to nubs, plants that died and have been replaced with fake dollar tree flowers. It really is a damn shame and was an embarrassment to live there
