Concern is that if they needed permits, is there some way to ensure that happened? The pergolas were built by the common pools a couple of years ago, but are very close to charcoal grill

311 Email request:I live in University Trace condominiums (1900 Bay Area Boulevard, Houston, TX 77058) and our maintenance staff is allowed to keep trailers and landscaping materials piled up in our parking area. Is this considered blight? It seems dangerous, and not to mention, unattractive. Does this fall into any kind of neighborhood nuisance or blight category? Thank you for your assistance.
